I have really been trying to figure out the style I want in our house and have been falling in love with vintage looking items. I am kinda all over the place though- I seem to have more of an eclectic style- little bit of everything. I like modern, but don't want everything to be straight lines, I like classic chic, but want more than just that. I want my house to be comfortable, lived in, and inviting. I do love repurposed furniture and items. They look great, they fell welcoming, and they are usually more affordable or things you can make yourself.
I love everything you posted! I love vintage items.... I also love shabby chic. I love re-doing furniture as well! Several of my pieces are redone....You can have it all girl. My house is vintage-modern.Meaning I have vintage pics and modern sleek furniture with some vintage furniture thrown in(my redone peices) I have shabby chic in my room....plus vintage! I love love your pictures. I am sure you house will be beautiful, great ideas!
ReplyDeleteI want so badly to re-do some furniture! I love how it looks but I have yet to do it. I think I'm scared (or something) I need to just jump in and do it. Well I guess I have to find the pieces I want to re-purpose first ha. I would love to see what you have done! Our house need some work. Its a newer home, so it needs those welcoming touches.
