Recipe for Dutch Apple Pie and homemade pie crust/crumbs (LOTS of crumbs)

My mothers pie crust/crumbs recipe
*Pie Crust Large bowl of crumbs (good for 6 months)
5 lbs Gold Medal Flour
1 lg can Butter Crisco
1 TBS Baking Powder
2 TBS Salt
1/2 C Sugar
Mix all the ingredients together and work into crumbs

*For Pie Crust*
2 Cups Crumbs
1 egg
1 TBS vinegar  - add cold water (sorry no measuring this)

Here is what I made with my pie crust

*Dutch Apple Pie Recipe*
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 TBS all-purpose flour
pinch salt
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
2 cups chopped peeled tart apples (about 3 medium)
1 unbaked crust

*Streusel Topping*
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 TBS cold butter

In a large bowl mix sugar, flour and salt. Stir in egg, vanilla and sour cream until smooth.
Add apples and mix well. Pour into crust and sprinkle streusel topping covering the pie.
Bake at 375 for 15 minutes then reduce to 325 for 50 minutes

ENJOY!! THEY ARE AMAZING!
